The service

School Place Appeal provides a guided platform that helps you build a school admission Appeal Pack for England ordinary admission appeals, for a fixed fee of £29.99 per pack. We do not submit anything on your behalf — you review, edit and submit your appeal yourself.

Not legal advice; not EHCP/SEND coverage

As set out in full in our Disclaimer, this service provides guidance and drafting assistance only. It does not constitute legal advice, and does not cover EHCP placement disputes, which follow a separate SEND Tribunal process. We accept no responsibility for the content, accuracy or outcome of any Appeal Pack you generate or submit.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken via Stripe before your Appeal Pack is generated. Because this is a digital service that begins and completes within minutes of payment, once your Appeal Pack has been generated we are unable to offer a refund, except where the service has materially failed to deliver (for example, a technical fault prevented your Appeal Pack from being generated at all). If you believe this has happened, contact us via our Contact page.

Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for reviewing and editing your Appeal Pack before submitting it, and for submitting it yourself before any relevant deadline. You must not use this service to submit false, defamatory, or abusive content.

Intellectual property

The Appeal Pack generated for you is yours to use as you see fit. The platform itself, including its design, code and branding, remains the property of School Place Appeal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this service, including any loss connected to the outcome of an admission appeal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
