UK ordinary admission appeals only

This service covers ordinary school admission appeals in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland (oversubscription and procedural grounds, decided by whichever body actually decides that nation’s appeals - an Independent Appeal Panel in England and Wales, an Appeal Committee in Scotland, or an Independent Admissions Appeal Tribunal in Northern Ireland). We assess and draft your case against the specific legal framework that applies in your nation, not a single generic set of rules.

This service does not cover a named-placement special educational needs plan dispute - England’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), Wales’s Individual Development Plan (IDP) under the Additional Learning Needs system, Scotland’s Co-ordinated Support Plan (CSP), or Northern Ireland’s statement of special educational needs - each of which is decided through its own separate statutory process and its own tribunal, not an ordinary admissions appeal.
