Tell us about your case
Paste your refusal letter and what you know about the school's admission arrangements, and attach any related documents you have. Covers England ordinary admission appeals (oversubscription and procedural grounds) — not EHCP placement disputes, which follow a separate SEND Tribunal process.
Copy and paste as much as you can — for example:
- the school name and the year group applied for
- the reason given for refusal
- the appeal deadline, if stated
- your local authority
- anything else from the refusal letter
Don’t worry about formatting — just paste everything in as it appears. The more you include, the better; we’ll make sense of it.
